Course Description

This accredited course provides learners with the knowledge and practical understanding required to perform the functions of a workplace health and safety representative. The training focuses on legal duties, workplace inspections, hazard identification, incident reporting, and effective communication with management and employees. Learners will be equipped to actively promote health and safety compliance and contribute to the prevention of incidents and occupational injuries.

  • Rights, duties, and responsibilities of a SHE Representative

  • Hazard identification and basic risk assessment principles

  • Workplace inspections and reporting procedures

  • Incident reporting and investigation participation
