Course Description

This accredited course provides learners with the knowledge and practical skills required to effectively supervise construction site activities in compliance with occupational health and safety legislation, construction regulations, and project requirements. The training focuses on site supervision principles, planning and coordination of work activities, health and safety compliance, quality control, communication, and workforce management. Learners will be equipped to oversee construction operations, manage site risks, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to required standards.
