Course Description

This accredited course provides learners with in-depth knowledge and a detailed understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, including its procedures, regulations, and practical application in the workplace. The training focuses on legal compliance, monitoring of control measures, recordkeeping requirements, and employer obligations related to training and communication. Learners will be equipped to interpret legislation, identify non-compliance, and support effective implementation of the OHS Act across workplace activities.
