Course Description

This accredited course enables learners to acquire the knowledge and practical skills required to identify potential causes of fires, prevent workplace fires, understand fire detection methods, and apply emergency firefighting procedures. The training focuses on fire preparedness, correct response to fire emergencies, and the safe operation of firefighting equipment. Learners will be equipped to respond effectively to fire incidents while ensuring personal safety and workplace compliance.

  • Causes of workplace fires and fire prevention measures

  • Fire detection systems and methods

  • Fire preparedness methods and emergency procedures

  • Roles and responsibilities during fire emergencies

  • Safe firefighting techniques for containable fires

  • Emergency response, evacuation support, and reporting
