Course Description

This accredited course provides learners with the knowledge and practical skills required to investigate workplace accidents and incidents in a structured and legally compliant manner. The training focuses on identifying immediate and root causes, collecting and analysing evidence, interviewing witnesses, compiling investigation reports, and recommending corrective and preventive actions. Learners will be equipped to conduct effective investigations that support legal compliance, reduce repeat incidents, and improve workplace safety performance.
